Daily wager receives GST recovery notice for over Rs 35cr - Times of India

Bathinda: In a curious case of GST fraud, a daily wager from Moga received a notice for the recovery of over Rs 35 crore from the office of the assistant excise and taxation commissioner, Ludhiana. Earlier in 2023, Ajmer also received a similar notice, but it was for the recovery of Rs 21 lakh.
