Late fee for failing to furnish return waived

The Government has decided to waive the late fee (200 per day) for all those registered persons who  failed to furnish the return   in FORM GSTR-3B  for the months of  August and September, 2017  by the due date. In this regard, the Government has issued a Notification 50/2017-Central Tax on 24.10.2017.
