GJEPC calls GST on rough diamonds a retrograde step

While the man-made fabric (MMF) sector is happy over the GST rates, the Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) has termed the GST on rough diamonds a retrograde step and not in sync with equivalence policy.
