Most of the scrap dealers engaged in the business of collection of used Plastic PET bottles from unregistered person and then selling to manufactureres or trader are availing the marginal scheme as per rule 32(5), but as per various advance ruling supply of used Plastic PET bottle does not qualify under this rule.
